European B2B SaaS founders burn €250k-€400k on the wrong US sales leader. The 90-Day Sales Engine Sprint proves your motion works *before* you make the expensive hire.
The 90-Day Sales Engine Sprint
Instead of guessing, we use a proven, three-phase process to diagnose your real problem, build your GTM engine, and prove it works in the real world.
Phase 1: Diagnose & Align (Weeks 1-3)
We don't start building until we know what's broken. We conduct a deep diagnosis of your current GTM to identify the root cause of your challenges. Is it your ICP, messaging, process, or people? You will get a clear, unbiased answer.

Frequently asked questions
Here are the top questions our clients ask before getting started.
Who is this sprint for?
The 90-Day Sprint is designed for European B2B SaaS founders (€3M-€15M ARR) in complex markets like RegTech, ESG, Supply Chain, or FinTech who are preparing for or struggling with their first serious US GTM. If this sounds like you, keep reading.
What if we're below €3M ARR or above €15M?
The €3M-€15M range is where we see the most success. Below €3M, you may not have enough traction to validate a US motion. Above €15M, you likely already have GTM infrastructure in place. But if you're close, book a GTM Working Session—we can discuss if it makes sense.
Our sales are no longer founder-led. Can you still help?
The sprint works best when the founder is still involved in GTM strategy. If you're bringing in a new VP Sales and want to set them up for success, or if your current VP Sales is struggling to build repeatable motion, we can help. Otherwise, you may not be the right fit.
How do we know if we actually need this sprint?
f any of these sound familiar, you probably do: your US deals are unpredictable, your pipeline is lumpy, you're still closing most deals yourself, or you can't explain why some deals win and others lose. A GTM Working Session will clarify this.
We're UK-based, not EU. Does that matter?
No. We work with European and UK-based companies. The principle is the same: you understand the European market and need help cracking the US market.
What if we don't match all five criteria?
The criteria are guidelines, not gatekeeping. If you match 4 out of 5, book a GTM Working Session. We'll be honest about whether we can help. It's better to have a real conversation than to self-select out.
How do we know if we truly have a "repeatable motion" problem?
If you're asking this question, you probably do. Signs include: deals are unpredictable, pipeline is lumpy, you're still closing most deals yourself, or you can't explain why some deals win and others lose. A GTM Working Session will clarify this.
